Must Haves
- 8–10+ years of Salesforce experience with recent hands-on leadership of Data Cloud and/or Loyalty Cloud engagements
- Demonstrated success standing up and managing Salesforce pods/teams in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, data modeling, ingestion, harmonization, and segmentation
- Expertise in customer data platforms i.e. CDP, personalization, and regulatory data compliance
- Familiarity with end-to-end Salesforce integration strategy: Marketing Cloud, Service/Sales Cloud, external APIs
- Proven stakeholder management experience—especially with cross-functional teams in financial institutions
- Strong Agile/SAFe delivery leadership experience with Jira, Confluence, sprint metrics, and reporting
