About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Governance Specialist to join our team.
- This role will focus on implementing program governance and providing program management support for a key enterprise initiative.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective execution and delivery of the program's objectives.
- This position is part of the Client Experience Transformation team and will involve establishing a governance structure and delivering the necessary program management and oversight required for our Enterprise CRM function.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program governance frameworks and processes to ensure alignment with Enterprise CRM program goals and objectives.
- Provide program management support, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating program activities across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of program activities.
- Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate program meetings and workshops, ensuring that all relevant parties are engaged and informed.
- Orchestrate and handle necessary preparation and planning for user training sessions, demo sessions, and other ongoing meetings as part of the product development lifecycle.
- Support the development and maintenance of program documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Support with the creation of user guides, system documentation, and training materials.
- Execute communications to a 5,000+ user base in partnership with product managers and support team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline PDLC processes and improve efficiency.
Education Qualification
- BA/BS degree required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is optional.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of Project Management experience, specifically supporting a Product/Engineering program of work or department in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to effectively communicate across the team and with business partners on deliverables, timelines, and support needed across global time zones and multiple cultures.
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent organization skills and time management.
- Experience in organizational change management.
- Experience working on enterprise-wide or global programs of work.
- Proven experience managing risks, issues, and effectively escalating and resolving issues with stakeholders.
