Be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm.

Provide prompt, courteous, and concise assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.

Assist with problem resolution as needed.

Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.

Transfer callers to other call center units when necessary.

Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum of six months of recent experience in a high-volume call center.

Proficiency in MS Office.
