About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This onsite role is based in Austin and requires a minimum of six months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment. The position involves providing unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and concise assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed.
  • Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
  • Transfer callers to other call center units when necessary.
  • Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
 
Education Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
 
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of six months of recent experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective multi-tasking abilities.
