Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated scientist in cellular immunology to join our Immunology Discovery team. The role involves performing in vitro biological assays, testing therapeutic antibodies, and conducting functional cellular assays. The scientist will contribute to early drug discovery by conceptualizing experiments, executing assays, analyzing data, and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biological Sciences or related field with 2–3 years of biotech/pharma experience.
• Hands-on experience with primary human T/B cell culture, functional assays, and in vitro ADCC/ADCP assays.
• Proficient in multi-color flow cytometry (operation and data analysis using FlowJo).
• Experience with ELISA/MSD and Luminex cytokine assays.
• Solid understanding of T and B cell biology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
