Duration: 6+Months (Potential to extend up to 24 Months)

Compensation: $60-$62/hour

Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid -Mandatory 3 day in-office (recommended Tues & Thurs as anchor day + 1 day flex)

Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Start Date: ASAP

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
    • Need someone who has built integrations from scratch as there will be a lot of integration work
    • Can’t just be someone who just worked on workflows; that won’t be enough
  • ServiceNow App Engine (Scoped/custom application development)
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB lifecycle, ITOM modules, and CSDM framework.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and workflow development.
  • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and cloud discovery tools (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Pluses:

  • Experience troubleshooting mid-servers. They have a platform admin team, but would be good to have someone with exposure to this.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • Completion of relevant ServiceNow training such as:
    • o CMDB Fundamentals
    • o Discovery Fundamentals
    • o Service Mapping Fundamentals
    • o MID Server Essentials
    • o CMDB Health Micro-Certification Simulator
