Position Details:

• Category Management
• Develop and execute category strategies for CyberSecurity and AI software aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct spend analysis, market assessments, and supplier benchmarking to identify value opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle sourcing activities including RFI, RFP, RFQ, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Supplier Management
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify strategic suppliers and technology vendors.
• Drive supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to promote innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, and Business Units to align sourcing objectives.
• Support internal stakeholders through procurement training, best-practice sharing, and strategic advisement.
• Contract Management
• Negotiate, draft, and manage complex commercial agreements and renewals.
• Ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Continuous Improvement & Compliance
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), savings, and performance metrics.
• Recommend and implement process improvements across sourcing and contracting operations.
• Uphold compliance with internal procurement policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
   
• Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management, preferably in software or technology domains.
• Proven record managing CyberSecurity and AI software procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• High proficiency with Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and project execution abilities.

• Experience managing regional or global category portfolios.
• Working knowledge of iProcurement, Apttus, or Fieldglass platforms.
• Familiarity with contract law, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.
• Understanding of emerging CyberSecurity and AI vendor ecosystems.
