Job Title: Payroll Analyst / Senior Accountant I
Client: Sciences
Location: Raleigh, NC 27609(Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Duration: 5 months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $50/hr. – $55/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to payroll inquiries and manage cases through the Employee Service Center ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed and accurate payroll records while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Experience with Workday Payroll is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines accurately.
- Detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support department goals.
