Position Details:

• Lead and manage multiple projects within healthcare or pharmaceutical domains, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop project plans, define scope, set milestones, and track deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, R&D, regulatory, and business stakeholders to align objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Communicate project goals, updates, and challenges effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency across teams.

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Project or Program Management within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. Not more than 10 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey project goals, expectations, and progress clearly.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

• PMP Certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
• Prior exposure to process optimization or quality improvement initiatives within regulated environments.
