 Qualifications:

  • Should have at least 1-2 years of Helpdesk Experience.
  • Proficiency with ticketing system.
  • Experienced in providing IT helpdesk and desktop support
  • Proficiency with configuration and troubleshooting over the phone as well as efficient in incident management techniques.

Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr
