Qualifications:
- Should have at least 1-2 years of Helpdesk Experience.
- Proficiency with ticketing system.
- Experienced in providing IT helpdesk and desktop support
- Proficiency with configuration and troubleshooting over the phone as well as efficient in incident management techniques.
Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr
