MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of overall experience with Workday configuration.
• 2+ years of demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Workday Recruiting module configuration.
• 50% or more of total Workday experience must be focused on the Recruiting module
• Strong understanding of Recruitment Processes and Best Practices, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical knowledge of Workday tools: EIBs (for data migration), security roles/permissions, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Knowledge of standard API and custom 3rd party integration techniques.
• Super Strong Communication Skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally as a "technifunctional" analyst.
• Open for relocation as well
• Rate: Salary: $116,600 - $169,600
