MUST HAVES:

5+ years of overall experience with Workday configuration.

2+ years of demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Workday Recruiting module configuration.

50% or more of total Workday experience must be focused on the Recruiting module

Strong understanding of Recruitment Processes and Best Practices, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Technical knowledge of Workday tools: EIBs (for data migration), security roles/permissions, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.

Knowledge of standard API and custom 3rd party integration techniques.

Super Strong Communication Skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally as a "technifunctional" analyst (as they need to be technical but also have the ability to communicate with many different stakeholders across Olin)
- Rate: Salary: $116,600 - $169,600
