Job Title: Capital Finance & Strategy Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 Months Contract + convert into Full-Time(Hybrid - 3 Day Onsite, 2 Day Remote)
Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage capital funding models and business cases to support technology initiatives across the Voice and Collaboration portfolio.
• Create detailed financial analyses, ROI models, and cost-benefit studies to inform funding decisions.
• Maintain and continuously improve Excel-based financial models, integrating data from Jira Align and other financial planning tools.
• Track and reconcile capital budgets and expenditures, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and reporting.

Must Haves:

• Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
• Strong PowerPoint skills – ability to translate financial data into compelling executive presentations.
• Experience in capital planning, budgeting, or investment analysis within a large corporate or technology-driven organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies and working knowledge of financial processes within product development cycles.
