Overview:
Analytical Development team is seeking a motivated Scientist to join our Analytical Characterization Group (ACG). The role focuses on developing and executing analytical methods to characterize biologics using advanced chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform HPLC/UPLC and AKTA-based separation and fractionation of biologic samples.

Conduct LC-MS analyses (intact/reduced mass and peptide mapping) for protein characterization.

Apply biophysical and analytical methods to study protein structure and post-translational modifications.

Design and execute experiments, maintain documentation, and generate technical reports.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support product and process development.
Qualifications:
-
BS/MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field (5+ years BS / 2+ years MS industry experience).

Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, AKTA, and LC-MS for protein analysis.

Strong understanding of protein structure and analytical characterization methods.

Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
