Job Requirements:
- Candidates will assist with training new clients on what lab services Client provides and the process for those services.
- Daily travel to multiple client locations, primarily east of Detroit.
- Candidates will need to answer questions regarding specimen collection and related lab test requirements.
- Each day will involve:
- Picking up training materials from the work site.
- Traveling to client sites for education and training.
- Returning to the home site at the end of the shift.
- Mileage is reimbursable and will be tracked in Kronos timekeeping.
- Required: Previous medical field experience (lab experience highly preferred).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be highly organized, self-starters, and problem solvers capable of functioning independently.
- Should be outgoing and comfortable with face-to-face interactions.
- Must communicate effectively and professionally in all circumstances.
- Candidate will represent Client Labs as the first and main point of contact for new clients.
- Cell phone may be issued upon request.
- Possibility of expedited compliance approval.
