Job Title: Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative – Remote

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zones)
Shift: Training Afternoon (12 PM – 8 PM)
Pay Range: $18.00/hr. - $19/hr. 

 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers throughout all phases of the inventory process.
  • Coordinate internal operational activities to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the department’s database.
 
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma and some college background required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Light IT background required; familiarity with Windows environment and remote troubleshooting.
