Job Title: Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative – Remote

Assist customers throughout all phases of the inventory process.

Coordinate internal operational activities to ensure timely processing of customer requests.

Document customer interactions and resolutions in the department’s database.

HS Diploma and some college background required.

At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Light IT background required; familiarity with Windows environment and remote troubleshooting.
