Day To Day Responsbilities:

• Handling Customer Inquiries:
• Answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers, and addressing their questions, concerns, or issues. Providing Information
• Supplying customers about products, services, policies, and procedures. Documentation
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Must Have

• Bilingual (English and French – Quebec specific)
• 1-3 years call center experience (non- IT, preferably collections / payment)
• 1-3 years of a client service background Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay rate : $23-$25/hr without Benefits
