About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Splunk SOAR Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation playbooks within an enterprise security environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background—preferably in Python—along with hands-on experience in Splunk SOAR (formerly Phantom) or other SIEM/SOAR tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review API documentation and integrate third-party services with the SOAR platform.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation playbooks to streamline security operations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of playbook automation—from requirements gathering and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Develop detailed technical documentation for orchestration and automation processes.
- Collaborate with internal security and infrastructure teams to set up and maintain SOAR integrations.
- Adhere to enterprise change management and security compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven developer experience, preferably with Python.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk SOAR / SIEM (formerly Phantom).
- Java development experience or proficiency.
- Strong understanding of playbook development and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Enterprise Security and SIEM platforms.
- Ability to implement and configure Tines (or similar automation/orchestration tools).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a security automation mindset.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $70 – $75 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
