- Assist physicians in examination, treatment, and overall patient care while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.
- Prepare and sanitize examination rooms, disinfect equipment, and restock medical supplies to ensure readiness for each patient visit.
- Record patient medical history, vital signs, and other key data accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations (excluding controlled substances) as directed by the physician.
- Perform basic clinical procedures including ECGs, specimen collection, and wound care such as suture or staple removal.
- Hold an active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited program (AAMA or AMT).
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and safe medication administration practices (Five Rights).
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing patient flow, documentation, and scheduling tasks.
- Possess excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset and the ability to support or mentor team members.
- Preferably experienced with EMR systems, clinic workflow coordination, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Salary and Other Compensation:
