Job Title: Python Production Support Role

Location: Jersey City
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support model onboarding and feature rollout on the platform

• Provide L3 production support and ensure timely resolution of incidents

• Collaborate with users, developers, DevOps, and analysts for issue resolution

• Manage regulatory/security patches, upgrades, and enhancements

• Develop automation scripts and monitoring solutions to improve system efficiency

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development (production-grade code)

• 5+ years in production support (L1/L2), managing high-priority incidents under SLAs

• Experience with PySpark on Hadoop/YARN or Spark on Kubernetes

• Strong Bash/Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting

• Solid understanding of Linux system administration (processes, file systems, networking)

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
