Pay Range: $40/hr. - $50/hr.

Day To Day Responsbilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop time estimates, schedules, budgets, cash flows, and resource needs; inform 'go/no-go' decisions with cost estimates.
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor project teams, contractors, and vendors, holding them accountable to schedule and budget while managing resources for a smooth, on-time workflow.
• Stakeholder & Client Partnership: Listen to clients and partners to define system requirements, attend project reviews, and collaborate with IT on delivery.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively evaluate and communicate project risks, and escalate and address issues using appropriate resources.
• Communication: Periodically communicate project updates, status milestones, and financial summaries to all stakeholders.
• Rollout & Sustainment: Develop comprehensive rollout plans, including provisions for hypercare support and long-term sustainment.
• Technical Acumen: Maintain current knowledge of relevant project management technologies and possess familiarity with applications like Service Now, SmartSheet, SharePoint, Snowflake, and Business Objects.

Must Have:

• 5-9 years of progressive technical project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to upgrade and modernize existing technology platforms and systems.
• Hands-on experience managing software application development projects.
• Highly effective presenter and storyteller, skilled at influencing technical and operational leaders to make timely, data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of Maximo Business Objects (MBOs).
• Excellent written communicator, adept at tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical audien
