Position Details:

Industry: Pharmaceutical

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant, high-quality learning solutions that enhance field effectiveness and credibility.
• Facilitate onsite and occasional virtual workshops — typically 30–35 participants per session.
• Conduct quarterly new hire training and ongoing development sessions for the existing sales team.
• Align all training content with brand strategy and key business objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership.
• Leverage existing Learning & Development platforms and tools to streamline training efforts.
• Provide individual coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement in participant performance.
• Support the development of Rotational Trainers or Guest Trainers through mentorship and coaching.
• Apply strong project management skills to coordinate multiple training initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in product, disease-state, and business/customer skills areas.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
• Proven training delivery and facilitation experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Veeva (Viva) systems
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of applicable pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP)

• Previous experience as a Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer
• Demonstrated success in workshop design and execution
• Proven ability to coach and develop others in alignment with business goals.
