Minimum of 7 years in cloud engineering, SRE or platform engineering roles.

At least 3 years of deep, hands-on experience with GCP architecture and services, particularly GKE/Kubernetes.

Demonstrated success in a technical leadership or principal engineer capacity

Expert-level knowledge of Terraform for provisioning and managing complex cloud infrastructure.

Deep expertise in GKE/Kubernetes, including cluster management, networking (e.g., Istio), and deployment tools (Helm).

Advanced scripting and automation skills using languages like Python or Go.

Experience designing and implementing robust monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, GCP operations suite).

Solid understanding of GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, etc.).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to mentor and elevate a technical team.
