Job Title: Backend Java Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

Join a core team supporting critical merchant onboarding and payment applications.
You’ll focus 80% on Java/Spring Boot development and 20% on performance optimization using LoadRunner & Dynatrace.

What We’re Looking For:

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years (at least) of experience as a Java Developer
• Spring Boot
• Performance Tuning or Application Security monitoring experience is a huge plus!

 PLUSSES

• Performance Tuning experience with LoadRunner or Dynatrace
• Application Security experience
• Financial Industry experience
• Oracle Database experience
• Java 7

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $62 – $63 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
