Job Title: Insurance Data Entry Specialist/Commissions Specialist/Commissions Administrator

Location: Remote Role in Ontario, Canada

Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Range: ($18-$20) hourly

Description:

• Handle research, preparation, processing, and reporting of compensation activities related to insurance and investment products.

• Research and prepare spreadsheets of compensation data for processing.
• Verify when deposits/funding are received and reconcile against compensation data.
• Process compensation according to compensation cycle schedules.
• Log and maintain recordkeeping of original and modified compensation data.
• Communicate with third-party vendors regarding compensation issues.
• Research and resolve held compensation records due to deficiencies.
• Work with other departments to resolve issues as needed.
• Cross-train on multiple desk duties within the Commissions department.
• Handle ad hoc duties related to projects and assignments as required.
