Job Title: Capacity Engineer/Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC ;  Plano, TX

We are hiring an Capacity Engineer/Manager to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking companies in the U.S.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years IT capacity management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning methodologies, performance analysis, and scaling decisions.
• Ability to understand platform architecture and resource needs across multi–data center environments.
• Experience reviewing technical docs and interpreting saturation/performance test results.
• Tools: AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat.
• Knowledge of ITIL capacity management practices
• Familiar with risk/regulatory management and information security basics.
• Strong communication and ability to partner with application/production support teams.

 Compensation

Hourly Rate: $50 - $60/hr
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
