Position Title: Warehouse Lead
Duration: Full Time Role
Location: Hayward, CA 94545, 100%onsite, 9am-5pm.
Salary: $50,000K-$55,240K annually (OT available)

Mission Statement:

Lead and manage all warehouse operations to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and safety for new customer's product.
Day to Day:
-
Oversee and participate in receiving, stocking, and picking inventory.

Conduct cycle counts and reconciles inventory discrepancies.

Manage warehouse layout and optimize space utilization.
-
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.

Train and supervise warehouse personnel on safety procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations.
Must Have:
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment.

At least of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisor role.

Forklift certification and operating experience.

Experience with Oracle ERP system and WMS (any WMS experience is okay, uses Sage/Cargowise but these are not required)
