Job duration: 03 months (possibilities of extension up to 24 months and convert if good resource)
Location: Irving, TX
Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour

Project Summary:
Mission
  • Support client's Merchant Services Add Locations team by owning the full lifecycle of location onboarding — from reviewing submissions and validating merchant details to entering data into workflow systems and shepherding it through quality control. This is not customer-facing, but requires internal communication, extreme attention to detail, and ownership over each case.
Duties:
Manage ~20–30 onboarding cases in varying stages; review submissions from internal requesters.
  • Validate and enter merchant/location data into internal systems (Data validation and entry)
  • Push each case through the workflow Front to End: coordinate with Product, QC, Sales, and Contract teams.
  • Catch errors before submission using internal knowledge, pattern recognition, and data accuracy checks.
  • Work independently managing their own queue and work
Must Haves
  • Experience in the Merchant Services / Payments industry (Account onboarding, add locations, or terminal setup preferred) Payments is NOT Accounting/AP
  • Data validation and quality control expertise – ability to catch small but critical errors
  • Proven queue management – ability to prioritize independently, ask smart questions, and own the work
  • Strong written and verbal communication - must be really polished with verbal communication
  • Extremely Professional and Polished - HM said this space is tough, and she asks specific questions relating to professionalism, accountability, and character.
  • Can explain how they manage their work and handle pressure
  • Has a clear, professional definition of “professionalism”
  • Can diplomatically resolve issues when delays aren’t their fault
  • Takes ownership of accuracy, efficiency, and quality without micromanagement
