Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: NEW YORK, NY 10036(Hybrid)
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 day in office
Pay Range: $30/hr. - $35/hr. 

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex executive calendars; schedule meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, book meeting rooms, and manage event logistics.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence and documents; manage email inboxes when required.
  • Documentation & Organization: Maintain organized digital and physical files, meeting notes, and procedural documentation.
