Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr. (Negotiable)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Assignment Duration: Long-term Contract (6–12 months)
- Education: Technical Associate’s Degree
 - Experience: Minimum 4 years analyzing and troubleshooting radio circuits, with an RF focus
 
- Analyze and troubleshoot 2-way radios and repeaters
 - Create and modify cable assemblies as needed
 - Rework electronic circuits including 0201 parts, SOICs, and fine-pitch BGAs
 - Perform testing of radios and repeaters for product certification
 - Track and document prototype radios and repeaters
 - Interpret and work from electrical schematics and PCB layouts
 - Maintain organized workflow and handle multiple tasks effectively
 
- Strong understanding of radio operations and RF circuitry
 - Proficiency with test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
 - Skilled in soldering and component rework (0201, SOIC, BGA, small-gauge wire ≤ 32 AWG)
 - Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and layouts
 - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
