Start date: ASAP! 

Pay Range: $20/hr - $24/hr

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide executive-level administrative support (calendar, travel, expenses, meeting logistics).

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

    • Coordinate events, town halls, and team meetings.

    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Support financial, HR, and project-related initiatives.

       

      Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (preferably in tech or financial services).

    • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

    • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

    • Experience with Expense management tool or similar systems a plus.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
