Pay Range: $24/hr-$26/hr

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team in a role that supports our surgical product line.
• This position requires strong critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and document appropriate complaint categories to ensure trend accuracy within the complaint database.
• Write investigation summaries based on technical product analysis information.
• Maintain record documentation in a constant state of audit readiness according to internal policies.
• Review, evaluate, classify, and perform follow-up activities on all product complaints related to the identity, quality, reliability, safety, and effectiveness of medical devices.
• Interact with Technical Service, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality Assurance during the complaint processing.
• Ensure complete and accurate maintenance and reporting of Medical Device Reports (MDRs)

Education Qualification

• A four-year degree is required.
