• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• 2 front half day shift 6:30am to 6:30pm (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wednesday.)
• 2 back half day shift (Thurs, Fri, Sat and every other Wednesday.)

• 1-2 years hardware repair experience

• 2+ years hardware experience, 1+ years data center experience     

• High school diploma/equivalent

• Makeup of weekly resolves (high priority tickets, complexity, over-SLA tickets)
