DayToDay Responsbilities:
Role Overview:

• Provide Level 2/3 technical and functional support for Maximo applications deployed across US facilities.
• This includes handling configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and automation scripts to ensure optimal asset management and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on support for Maximo applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Configure and customize Maximo modules using automation scripts and MBOs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Design and optimize workflows to streamline business processes. Build and customize reports using BIRT and SQL.
• Support Maximo Mobile and ensure compatibility with enterprise devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Finance, Integration) to align application functionality with business needs.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end-users. Coordinate with offshore teams and internal SAP support for integration-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Maximo support roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience with Maximo 7.6 and/or MAS v9.
• Strong understanding of asset management processes in manufacturing and finance domains.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Maximo certification (preferred).

• SAP Integration Understanding (especially in Manufacturing/Finance domains)
• Incident and Problem Management (ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools) CMDB and Queue Group Configuration
• Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Documentation and SOP Creation

• The team is currently engaged in a Maximo upgrade initiative, along with ongoing work in resource partitioning and integration troubleshooting. The role’s major responsibility is production support—handling incidents, performance issues, and minor system enhancements to ensure stability and continuity of operations.
• Additional involvement includes coordinating with integration and functional teams, supporting configuration refinements, and assisting with upgrade-related testing.
• Overall, this is a hands-on, support-driven Maximo role with limited enhancement or new development scope.
