Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – up to 3 dayz onsite)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Tester with bilingual Spanish & English fluency to support end-to-end testing across customer communication platforms. This role focuses on validating user experience and functionality across IVR, web, mobile, chatbot, and outage notification channels. You will work closely with QA, product, and development teams in a collaborative environment with structured onboarding and daily team touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing across IVR, web, mobile, chatbot, and notification delivery systems.
- Execute functional, regression, and API testing (Postman, SOAP).
- Validate Spanish & English IVR prompts, UI flows, and customer messaging.
- Simulate and verify outage scenarios using Oracle/SQL Server backend data.
- Test customer registration and notification workflows (voice, text, email).
- Create and update test cases, test scripts, and documentation (QTest, JIRA, Excel/Word).
- Log, track, and retest defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in daily WebEx stand-ups during onboarding and collaborate closely with team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English.
- 6+ years of Manual QA Testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- QTest, JIRA
- SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Postman, SOAP
- Experience testing across multiple platforms (IVR, mobile, web, chatbot).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both guided and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Utilities / Energy / Telecom environments.
- Mobile application QA testing experience.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Tosca).
- Experience developing QA reporting or dashboards.
Team Structure & Environment:
- QA team size: 10–12, hybrid work setting (Tues–Thurs onsite).
- Training starts in collaborative “fishbowl” WebEx sessions, transitioning to independent work.
- Light, single-round interview process via WebEx.
