About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on ETL Production Support specialist who can strengthen our DataStage foundation and keep large-scale enterprise data pipelines running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex production issues, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in stabilizing and optimizing data environments.

You’ll be the go-to expert for DataStage and Informatica, monitoring jobs across multiple environments, performing root-cause analysis, automating fixes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence. If you can hit the ground running with zero training on DataStage, we want to talk to you.

What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor & triage ETL jobs across DataStage and Informatica environments

• Lead RCA and provide both immediate and permanent solutions

• Manage migrations via XLR and support weekly patching cycles

• Automate routine support tasks and optimize system performance

• Partner with upstream/downstream teams and participate in on-call rotations

What You Bring:

• 3–6 years of hands-on DataStage & Informatica production support (L1/L2)

• Strong scripting and automation experience (Unix / Python preferred)

• Familiarity with Dynatrace, Splunk, large databases, and data warehouse environments

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — calm under pressure

• Bonus: experience with Hive, Spark, Autosys, or Syncsort DMX-h

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $63 – $64 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
