Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and oversee respiratory care services, including oxygen and aerosol therapy, inhaled medications, airway clearance, ventilation (invasive and non-invasive), and bedside spirometry.

Administer emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when needed.

Review physician orders, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust therapy plans based on patient condition and approved protocols.

Educate and instruct patients on proper use of respiratory care equipment and evaluate response to therapy.

Accurately document treatments, therapies, supplies used, and report patient outcomes and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and organizational policies and standards.

Collaborate professionally with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to provide coordinated patient care.

Engage in continuous quality improvement and maintain required professional competencies.
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Certification/Degree Requirements: BLS (AHA Only), RRT, TMB
Salary and Other Compensation:
