About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Java, database performance optimization, and middleware integration. This role involves working on complex enterprise-level projects in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Work on database performance tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup to deliver quality solutions.
• Integrate applications using middleware and web service technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and system architecture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of database performance handling and SQL.
• Proven experience in web services (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on expertise with integration technologies and middleware solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
