• 5+ years of experience with integrating and deploying applications with Single Sign on products (SSO) such as Ping, Azure AD and Okta.
• Must have minimum 3 years of SSO integration and troubleshooting experience
• Candidates must have experience integrating multiple applications using different SSO protocols (example: SAML2, OAuth2/OIDC)
• Hands on experience troubleshooting SSO issues with end users
• Must be very familiar with the concepts behind SSO protocols and why parameters are set behind these protocols
• Experience with incident, problem and change management
• Experience configuring alerts with tools such as Splunk
• Experience handling major production incident bridges with multiple stakeholders
