Job Title: Inbound Reporting Associate
Contract/FT: Full-time
Hours: 37.5 (8am - 4pm or 9 am - 5 pm AST)
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B3B1Y1
In office expectations: Hybrid, 3 days/week
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 CAD
Interview Process: 1 round
Must-haves:
- Bilingual (fluent in both French and English)
- Exceptional communication skills; able to clarify and translate client requests into actionable reporting solutions
- Strong probing and problem-solving skills; ability to ask directive questions to uncover the “why” behind requests
- Ability to understand and interpret multiple Payroll and HCM modules and data feeds
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Available 8:00am–5:00pm EST, Monday–Friday
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Payroll, HR, PTO, Time & Attendance, or Analytics reporting modules
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Background in collaborative team environments (e.g., debate teams, group projects, professional teams)
- Interest in sales support or upselling reporting services
- New graduates with strong communication and analytical skills
