Job Title: SSO Cloud Engineer Role
Location: Addison TX / Denver, CO
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Skills & Experience:
-
7+ years in IAM/SSO Engineering or Information Security
-
Deep understanding of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO, SCIM, and LDAP
-
Proficiency in PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingIDM (preferred)
-
Experience integrating Cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP) and federated apps
-
Skilled in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Shell, JavaScript)
-
Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, IGA, and risk-based authentication
-
Familiarity with HTML, XML, XSLT, XPath, and web technologies
-
Experience with Linux/Windows and application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere)
-
Strong grasp of security architecture and policy management
Responsibilities:
-
Design and deploy SSO and federation solutions using PingFederate & PingAccess
-
Integrate apps with Cloud IAM platforms and develop Ping policies/adapters
-
Manage identity synchronization and provisioning via PingIDM/SCIM
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on authentication and access solutions
-
Troubleshoot SSO/federation issues and maintain technical documentation
-
Support global IAM initiatives, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
