On-site Requirements: 100% onsite
Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Support senior scientists and engineers on lab-based R&D projects within the dermal filler product portfolio.
- Contribute to the design and development of new dermal filler products and optimization of existing commercial products.
- Conduct laboratory research, experiments, and hands-on technical execution aligned with product development goals.
- Assist in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting across experimental workflows.
- Apply exposure to process chemistry, modeling/simulation, and data analysis software to support project needs.
- Document, analyze, and communicate experimental results clearly to project teams.
- Work within a multidisciplinary environment to advance product innovation and maintain industry standards.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related scientific field.
- Master's/No PHD overqualified
- Previous research and/or laboratory experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exposure to process chemistry, modeling/simulation, and data analysis tools/software.
