Must Haves:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including development and consulting.
• Proven experience with ITOM, Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of Nuvolo or equivalent tools (EAM, IWMS, or Facilities Management).
• Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Orchestration, SCCM, Intune, etc.).
• Experience working in federal or enterprise environments with clearance or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to lead multiple implementations and mentor junior team members.

Plusses:

• Experience with EAM / IWMS tools (Archibus, Planon, Accruent).
• Knowledge of HRSD, ITAM, or SPM modules.
