Detailed Job Description:  

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative(Spanish)

Client: Medical
Location: Austin, TX 78727(Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 7-8 Contract (High possibility of extension based on performance)
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking assessment required with 80% or higher proficiency)
Pay Range: $21/hr. - $22/hr.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear and professional assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claim status, and program-related questions.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in online systems for record-keeping and tracking.
