We’re hiring experienced SNow professionals for 4 exciting opportunities with a leading IT consulting partner.
Each role offers a chance to work on enterprise-level implementations with high visibility and long-term growth potential.

Pay Range: $60 to $65/ hr. 

ROLE 1: SNow Solution Architect - Employee Center Pro

Location: 100% Remote (US-based)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP

Mission:
Join a mature SNow practice to drive technical solutions for Fortune 50 clients. Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and execute on a technical and strategic level. You’ll need 9/10 platform knowledge and a consultative, hands-on approach to deliver world-class SNow solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of custom SNow Scoped Applications for scalable and secure issue management processes.
• Build custom workspaces, form views, dashboards, and implement priority matrices, SLAs, and UI policies.
• Manage 6-week Agile sprints, lead demos, and ensure delivery alignment with client goals.
• Guide and mentor teams in mature enterprise SNow environments.
• Work directly with clients in high-stakes, complex engagements.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience as a SNow Solutions Architect.
• Hands-on with Employee Center Pro module (deployed on intranet for enterprise clients).
• Strong consulting experience in mature enterprise SNow environments.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on SNow.
• 9/10 platform knowledge with ability to be hands-on when needed.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Pluses:

• Experience working with financial or banking clients.

ROLE 2 and 3: SNow Technical Consultant (Nuvolo and HRSD / ITAM)

Location: Hybrid – 2x/month onsite in San Diego, CA or Norfolk, VA
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP

Why Open: Expanding project requirements.

Mission:
Serve as a customer-facing Technical SNow Consultant, leading various implementations and integrations. You will handle multiple customer engagements, owning delivery from requirements through deployment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for 3–4 long-term SNow clients.
• Drive design, configuration, and delivery of integrations and implementations.
• Partner with architects and offshore teams to build and deploy scalable solutions.
• Advise clients throughout integration cycles, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of SNow platform experience, starting as Developer → Consultant.
• Experience in modules like Nuvolo, HRSD, ITAM, and Service Mapping.
• Strong background in client-facing consulting roles.
• Proven ability to deliver complex SNow integrations.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).

ROLE 3: SNow Technical Consultant (SPM Focus)

Location: 100% Remote (US-based)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP

Mission:
Work as a client-facing Technical SNow Consultant managing multiple SNow implementations and integrations. This is a mix of hands-on technical work, client advisory, and delivery leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with 3–4 clients to manage ongoing SNow solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to design and enhance SPM and related modules.
• Drive solution delivery end-to-end with offshore and client teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, design discussions, and Agile-based delivery.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of SNow experience with deep module expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
• Strong client-facing consulting experience.
• Proven background in delivering complex SNow implementations.
