We are seeking a Drug Product Development Scientist to support the formulation, process development, and characterization of biologic and parenteral products. In this role, you will design and execute laboratory studies to evaluate product stability, understand formulation behavior, and support manufacturing processes such as mixing, filtration, filling, and lyophilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop formulations for biologics, peptides, ADCs, and other injectable drug products.
  • Plan and execute stability studies and stress tests (freeze–thaw, agitation, oxidation, light, temperature).
  • Support process development activities including mixing, filtration, and fill-finish operations.
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and provide clear scientific recommendations.
  • Author technical reports and contribute to regulatory documentation (IND/BLA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scale-up, tech transfer, and clinical manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • BS (7+ yrs), MS (3+ yrs), or PhD (0+ yrs) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in biologics or parenteral drug product development preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with formulation, stability studies, and analytical/biophysical characterization.
  • Strong experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication skills.
