Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract 
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in software development.

• Expertise in Core Java, Java J2EE, and hands-on experience in building MVC-based web applications using JSP/Struts framework.
• Proficiency in OOPS is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Angular and Telerik controls is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12c database.
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Demonstrated experience in designing solution approaches for large-scale enterprise systems.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into deliverables. 
• Learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks. 
• Work effectively in an agile environment. 
• Demonstrate excellent programming, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Create solutions using Angular and write robust, effective, and scalable Angular code. 
• Collaborate with back-end developers in building RESTful APIs and communicate with external web services. 
• Design solution approaches for large-scale enterprise systems.
   

Compensation 

Hourly Rate: 60$-68$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
