About the Role/Top Three skills:
Seeking a Production Support Specialist II with strong experience in Unix, PL/SQL, Autosys, Informatica, and familiarity with Hadoop/Spark to support and troubleshoot batch applications, resolve production incidents, and ensure stability across global banking environments.
What We’re Looking For:
• Provide application support
• Able to debug and fix production issues by analyzing Shell / Hive scripts, Informatica workflows and SQLs. Unix, PL/SQL, Autosys, Informatica, Hadoop, Spark.
• Monitor batch jobs and handle job failures within timelines.
• Monitor daily data load jobs, application and server logs.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Participate in high priority incident triage calls which may include but not limited to Database server issues, application server issues, batch job issues, client/regulatory impacting report issues and/or network issues.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $56 – $57 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
