Title: Senior Banking Customer Service Specialist

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256

Duration: 06 months of contract | Onsite  

Pay Range:  $29/Hr. to $30/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Deliver exceptional service to top-tier bank, high-revenue (Platinum) commercial and business clients within a major banking enterprise
• Provide high-quality service to commercial/business clients, including large corporate and high-revenue Platinum customers
• Handle 85–90% of inquiries via email (non–call center environment)
• Manage basic service requests
• Take occasional phone calls for escalations or sensitive client situations
• Support clients on a variety of business-level service needs
