Position Details:
- We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.
- Requires a minimum of six months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- The position involves providing unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and concise assistance to Medicaid providers and clients.
- Assist with problem resolution as needed.
- Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.
- Transfer callers to other call center units when necessary.
- Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six months of recent experience in a high-volume call center.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective multi-tasking abilities.
