Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory).

ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL practices.

Proven experience in banking/financial services, preferably in Technology & Operations.

Strong background in audit-heavy process environments, including regulatory compliance and documentation of key/non-key controls.

Experience optimizing and deploying processes in collaboration with technical teams.
