Title: Delivery Manager/ Delivery Lead- Web & CMS Specialist/Wordpress

Duration/Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Shift/Core Hours: 37.5 / 40 

Compensation: $60-65/hour

Day to day what are the responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming dev-related platform tasks and enhancement requests
• Manage and delegate tasks across a team of web developers based on skillsets and workload
• Track and maintain workback schedules across multiple projects
• Monitor task progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and QA to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to specific platform rules and requirements
• Report project status updates and escalate risks as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming dev-related platform tasks and enhancement requests

Must-have/key skills needed:

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in web or platform development
• Strong understanding of WordPress and general web development workflows (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and deliverables
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive communication style
• Asana
• Experience working with tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar project/task tracking software
• Strong communication skills - communicate with developers and sales teams
• Understand client needs and deliver - understand how to execute, how to assign and delegate tasks. (Triaging tasks with multiple teams)
• Cross functional communication
• Significant technical skills in Word Press (Bricks, Elementor)
• Ability to work during Eastern Time business hours
